Responsible for daily office administration, document management, logistics support, and coordination with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth daily operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general office administration, including office supplies procurement, distribution and inventory.
Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
Handle official documents, contracts, reports and other paperwork with proper filing and archiving.
Coordinate business travel, accommodation, transportation and other logistics arrangements.
Assist in visa, work permit and other administrative compliance procedures for employees.
Support daily work of other departments and provide efficient administrative services.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
2–3 years of working experience in administration, office management or related fields.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure.
