In this challenging position you focus on both general administration and marketing assistant for the world’s leading brand with a wide range of high-quality products and solutions.
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- General office administration (office supplies, postage, petty cash expense report, evidence of utilities contracts,..)
- Localize and translate communication materials: banners, newsletters, printed materials and giveaways, website and social media content, POS materials.
- Collaboration with channel partners to implement brand and product communication and marketing actions.
- Monitoring and reporting of communication campaigns and marketing actions.
- Organization of meetings, events (internal and external), road shows, dealer conferences etc.
To take a role in this challenging task you need to possess:
- At least 3 years experience on similar position
- Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
- Proactive in communicating daily operational challenges to the line manager
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Very good IT skills: MS Office
