Job description:

• Processing of the clients’ contracts;
• Checking the conformity of all documents received from the clients;
• Preparing and issuing the invoices for the clients and registering the invoices;
• Maintaining client records and constant communication with the client to ensure accurate financial records;
• Permanently monitor the clients’ status on unpaid invoices;
• Sending notifications to the clients exceeding the due date, according to the internal procedure;
• Calculation of penalties for invoices paid after due date;
• Reinvoicing of the utilities’ costs to the clients: electricity, gas, water;
• Calculation of the indexation of the clients’ rent annually, according to the existing contracts and notifying them on the new rent;
• Preparing the monthly service charge reconciliation files;
• Managing the bank guarantees or cash deposits received from the clients, including the initial calculation and regular checking for the reinstatement, as well as permanent communication with the client on these;
• Involvement in creation and managing of the client’s database;
• Managing the clients’ relation by phone and e-mail;
• Receiving complaints from the clients and follow-up in the status;
• Other responsibilities established by the internal regulations or by the instructions of the management of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
• 3 years experience in accounting/finance on a similar position;
• Financial software (SAP or other similar ERP will be considered an advantage);
• Strong Excel skills;
• Very good knowledge of English (writing, speaking and listening);
• Flexible, open to change, proactive and has a lifelong learning mindset;
• Curious, problem-solving oriented and very good communication skills.
