Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable business: issue invoices, track payment status, follow up on overdue payments, conduct accounts receivable reconciliation, and reduce bad debt risks.
• Handle accounts payable business: verify and process supplier invoices, match purchase orders and delivery notes, arrange payment plans, and ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.
• Responsible for expense accounting: review and record various business expenses (such as travel expenses, office expenses, logistics expenses), ensure that expense records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Regularly prepare accounts receivable, accounts payable and expense reports, provide accurate data support for financial analysis and management decision-making.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing and other departments to solve problems related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and expenses, and maintain good internal and external cooperative relations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related majors.
• Relevant accounting work experience is preferred, fresh graduates with strong learning ability are also considered.
• Familiar with accounts receivable, accounts payable and expense accounting processes, understanding basic Romanian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, with good data entry and reconciliation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Careful, responsible, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Have a good sense of service and team cooperation, able to complete work tasks efficiently and accurately.
