The Romanian subsidiary ofn international group of companies, leader of the marked in automotive and vehicle logistics,seeks for Accounting & HR Administration Specialist (f/m).
This position is directly reporting to the Financial Controller.
- Preparing the working chart of accounts and forms of primary accounting documents
- Producing manual purchase orders for general expenses
- Checking, preparing and filling in forms the expenses reports and travel reports of our employees after their return from the trip
- Preparing manual list of payments; checking automatic list of payments generated by SAP
- Administration of the entry documents and of the personnel and labour documents for all employees (collecting, archiving, registering, updating etc.) ; Securing the validity of employee documents
- Transmitting of the correct files for labour contracts to the external accounting company, registering them within the Romanian Road Authority legal database and foreign authorities data bases
- Filling of attendance records (time recording)
- Generating reports for the monthly bonus and preparatory calculations for our drivers payroll
• Education in Accounting and/or Economy
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Proficient in the use of MS office applications, especially Excel
• Few years of professional experience in Accounting - advantage
•xperience in a transport / logistics company would be an added value

The offices of the company are located on A1 motorway at 23km in Bolintin Deal, being a prefect job for a person with residence in 6th District. Transportation from and to Bucharest (subway station)s ensured by the company.
