Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, a Law Firm, for an Accountant in Bucharest.


Responsibilities and activities:

  • Coordinating and preparing the monthly / quarterly / annual statutory and management financial reporting (P&L, BS, CF);

  • Offering support for ad-hoc financial modelling;

  • Provides financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles and practices;

  • Analysis of the financial accounts to monitor ongoing performance on an accurate and timely basis;

  • Cost calculation /product, direct and indirect expenses;

  • Accountancy records;

  • Bank statements import, check and reconciliation;

  • In Charge with checking the balance sheets;

  • Preparing and handling reports to local Management and Group CFO;

  • Preparing budgets and developing forecasts;

  • Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions;

  • Prepare and record liabilities, expenses, material, accruals and deferred incomes entries by compiling and analyzing account information;

  • Prepare monthly account reconciliation;

  • Facilitate and complete monthly closing according to monthly close schedule/process;

  • Issue all customer invoices, according to the signed contracts (checking and controlling);

  • Entering invoices into the company accounting system and dealing with all eventual enquiries;

  • Process and record all necessary credit notes;

  • Carry out customers reconciliations;

  • Keep an issues log report of outstanding invoices;

  • Send queries to suppliers to address issues and follow up to closing;

In charge also for a SRL company (no activities up to present) in Romania / by the Group;

Communication and periodical meetings or conf. calls with the Financial dpt
