As part of the US Company WW Grainger Inc., Fabory, a technical trading company, offers a wide and growing range of fasteners, tools, industrial items and safety products from reputable and well-known brands. Our main customers of these materials are, for example, companies that perform repairs and maintenance and machine builders who use the materials in producing their machines. Our customers therefore operate in many markets and sectors and we support both small businesses and multinational companies in their daily production and maintenance and repair.
Fabory is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager for our sales team.

You will work in our Sales Team and you will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team, Credit controlling, Sales support, logistic and other team members.
If you start in our sales team you will start with an onboarding period. Through our Onboarding portal, you will follow an onboarding program that will enable you to become successful at Fabory. Of course, your manager and colleagues will guide you too. You will not work alone, but you will work in an enthusiastic team of sales professionals. We offer an attractive salary, monthly sales bonus, private health insurance, stable work schedule from Monday to Friday in the range 8-17. We set free on legal holidays.
The contract is for one year fixed term.
What are you going to do?
The role will be field based and will involve regular contact with both existing & prospective customers, offering Fabory solutions and products. The northern area will be covered including the counties: Alba, Salaj, Cluj, Bistrita, Tg. Mures.
Through a pro-active approach using a proven sales process you will be required to achieve specified targets towards realistic goals. It is essential to be comfortable working in an energetic and target driven environment with an infectious enthusiasm for working in a team. You will demonstrate a real passion for delivering the most exceptional customer service; the sort of service that customers can’t wait to tell others about.
Previous sales experience within the fastener industry is not essential because full training will be provided. Years of experience are nothing like as important as a genuine empathy for truly helping customers with their needs. The excitement this person brings, for creating a unique and effortless customer experience, must be highly contagious.
Key duties and responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:
Regular customer & prospect visits
Generating & qualifying quotes
Obtaining sales/ sign ups
Identifying Opportunities and Upsells
Engaging with customers, building up relationships
Follow up calls
Regular sales analysis & reporting
Attending regular internal Sales & Operational Meetings
Who are we looking for?

You have a Bachelor degree
Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience within B2B sales/account management
Good communication skills in order to build the right and engaging relations with our customers
You are service, and result/goal oriented.
