Understands commercial Nexus Electronics’ Software systems and provides customer with solutions
Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-person and web-based solution overviews and product demos
Helps with driving both net-new and incremental revenue
Provide client and market led input into product strategy
Secure direct annual order revenue – targets to be confirmed
Interact with the management team in 1-1, team meetings and via forecasting and reporting to provide critical updates, and strategic account planning
Develop account plans and strategies for assigned customers
Cooperation with customer care department, to achieve a quick response, system management and problem solving, to ensure customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical related field
Ability to use CRM and other on-line tools effectively
Personal integrity, positive attitude and relationship building skills
Ability to promote products and services and to influence without authority
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
Broad understanding of customer business cases and how customers use our technology
Customer facing presentation and influencing skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license
