Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end invoicing activities at account level (fleet tracking, implementation, invoicing, dispute follow-up);
• Work with customers to enable invoicing and follow up on missing information;
• Manage invoicing disputes and customer/internal escalations, ensuring timely resolution - disputes closed within 90 days;
• Collaborate with other teams to understand service deliverables and operational risks and to monitor fleet-related activities.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in the industry, channel environment, consumer and/or commercial;
• Strong customer-facing, organization, and communication abilities;
• Good understanding of financials (revenue tracking, missing billing, write-off resolution);
• Bachelor's degree;
• Languages:English C1.
