Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position Senior Application Operations Specialist (3rd line), another words 3rd Line Application Support Specialist The L3 Application Operations Specialist performs operational and 3rd level support for production applications in a range of business portfolios. Responsibilities involve the daily troubleshooting and resolution of incidents, operational maintenance and support, development support, and proactive/preventative analysis of systems. The L3 Product Specialist Lead will demonstrate knowledge of key business processes, products and services, within agreed areas of expertise. Qualifications: Responsibilities: Re-creation, analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of incidents relating to off-the-shelf and proprietary applications and/or platforms Determination of root cause of incidents (configuration vs. defect) Installation of applications in supported environments Deployment of application upgrades and fixes Responding to automated alerts on the health of systems Performing routine audits of systems for the purpose of preventative maintenance of applications and reporting on their status Adhere to E&Y and ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem and Change Management Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving Is able to absorb rapidly new technical information, business acumen, and apply it effectively Good appreciation of wider field of information systems, its use in relevant employment areas and how it relates to the business activities of the employer or client Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or related discipline Excellent English language and communication skills 3 years in Application Management, Operational Support environment/discipline Demonstrable knowledge of Windows 2008 server O/S Demonstrable knowledge of SQLDemonstrable Intermediate of IIS platform and tasks (security, application pooling, SSL certificates, etc.) General understanding of networking/LAN/WAN/DMZ concepts Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems . remote access tools, Windows Support tools, connectivity tests, etc. Ability to work in a virtual, global environment We offer you: Attractive salary Possibility of participating in interesting projects Work in a professional, dynamic, truly global team Development opportunities in international multilingual environment Attractive social package (Sport card, medical insurance, life insurance, wellness & spa program, sport events and many others)
