Join our dynamic team at Hisense Europe, a leading global player in the home appliance industry, as we continue to grow and innovate. We are seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand presence and drive market growth in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
• Enhance brand presence and campaign execution through effective in-store planning and tracking.
• Lead and implement channel-specific marketing strategies for assigned retailers.
• Conceptualize and execute impactful trade promotions and in-store campaigns.
• Coordinate activation programs with partners to boost brand visibility.
• Regularly visit sales points to ensure brand visibility and adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinate with the sales sector to introduce marketing solutions and propose corrective measures.
• Monitor advertising and promotional activities within the marketing budget.
• Organize and supervise trade marketing activities for employee education on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Coordinate a field team of five, ensuring effective store display execution and data centralization.
• Develop and execute POS Display Brand zones in the retail channel.
• Work with agencies to develop and customize POP materials based on the Trade Marketing Playbook.
• Develop training materials and present new products to the field team.
• Report monthly activities to EHQ and HQ Trade Marketing and Product Category Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing activity plans.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Superior studies in marketing; additional diplomas are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Driver's license.
