Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential candidates over the phone in Romanian, presenting job opportunities clearly and persuasively.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, responding to leads and reaching out proactively to candidates.
• Qualify candidates by asking insightful questions and matching them to suitable roles.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to confirming start dates, while managing objections effectively.
• Handle a high volume of job offers, prioritizing based on current needs and explaining conditions such as pay and schedule.
• Utilize CRM and contact center tools to log call outcomes, update statuses, and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, maintaining activity levels and achieving conversion results.
