Join our dynamic team at THE INSTITUTE, a leader in Romania's Creative Industries for over 25 years, known for iconic projects like Romanian Design Week and DIPLOMA Show. As a Social Media & Community Manager, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and relevance of our cultural and creative projects.

• Coordinate and implement social media strategies and content plans for assigned projects, tailoring messages for each platform.
• Create and write engaging content (captions, articles, newsletters) that aligns with each project's brand identity.
• Manage relationships with social media communities and potential external partners through dedicated collaborations.
• Amplify digital campaigns for event partners and sponsors.
• Collaborate closely with creative and project teams to transform briefs into compelling content.
• Oversee photo and video content production, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Capture the energy of our events through stories and feed content.
• Monitor and analyze social media and digital communication performance.
• Coordinate interns and volunteers during peak periods.

Required Skills:

• Strategic thinking and ownership with the ability to translate objectives into creative content plans.
• Cross-platform communication expertise for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong copywriting and aesthetic sense, with video content creation skills.
• Community dynamics understanding and long-term loyalty building.
• Experience in brand and communication teams, PR, and events.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in Social Media Management.
• Proven portfolio in campaign management, content creation, and community management.
• Experience with cultural, creative, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
