Join our dynamic team at Makuma Connection Games, where we blend technology with authentic human presence to create meaningful social experiences. We are looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us expand our community-building efforts across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with aligned organizations, NGOs, companies, and community leaders to foster partnerships.
• Support marketing efforts by creating engaging social media content, including short videos and event footage.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and meetups to represent Makuma.
• Listen to partner and customer needs to shape mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Act as a public representative of Makuma at events and online.
• Collaborate in a start-up environment, from grassroots NGO partnerships to social media engagement.
• Work with our founder to establish a thriving community in new cities within 1-2 months.

What We Need From You:

• Socially energized and extroverted, thriving in social situations.
• Comfortable representing Makuma publicly, both on stage and online.
• Aligned with our mission to reduce loneliness and build intercultural understanding.
• Self-directed and proactive in identifying and completing tasks.
• Culturally adaptive, able to build rapport across diverse contexts.
• Fluent in English, with sales and marketing experience.
