We are currently seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist with Hungarian to join our team in Timisoara or Bucharest. 

Job Overview: 

As a Recruitment Specialist with Hungarian at DTSE Romania, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment process for various job positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and attract qualified candidates to fill those positions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create job requisitions and select predefined selection tools, methods and channels 
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. 
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. 
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
• Assist in selecting the best candidates for each position based on skills and cultural fit. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database. 
• Provide timely updates and reports on the status of open positions. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Fluent in Hungarian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. 
• Knowledge of English language - at least B1-B2.
