ATRIBUTII PRINCIPALE :

asigura desfasurarea activitatii de operare/ validare/ prelucrare a datelor in conformitate cu procedurile interne de lucru;
asigura respectarea regulilor de intocmire a documentelor si depunerea/ distribuirea la termen a acestora catre departamentele complementare ;
asigura pastrarea documentelor justificative, a registrelor si a situatiilor curente interne ;
asigura conformitatiea datelor introduse cu documentele primare;
asigura emiterea documentelor de livrare – avize, facturi, anexe, corespondenta, in termenele contractate ;
gestioneaza arhiva scriptica si electronica generata zilnic sau periodic conform procedurilor interne de lucru;
verifica facturile de marfa sub aspectul corectitudinii si completitudinii lor;
asigura analiza periodica a stocurilor de marfa;
asigura, urmareste si respecta permanent legalitatea operatiunilor efectuate;
emite, inregistreaza si arhiveaza facturile in sistemul de gestiune a stocurilor;
participa periodic si permanent la verificarea stocurilor scriptice si fizice si la efectuarea anuala a inventarului;
completeaza si revizuieste nomenclatoarele;
urmareste si actualizeaza stocurile de produse;
urmareste situatia retururilor, intocmind/ generand liste cu acestea;
urmareste situatia produselor deteriorate sau expirate si intocmeste / genereaza liste cu acestea;
respecta procedurile interne privind inregistrarea si arhivarea documentelor;

ABILITATI SI COMPETENTE:

cunostinte bune de operare PC: Word, Excel, e-mail, scanare, printare, arhivare documente;
cunostinte de contabilitate primara;
cunostinte limba engleza scris/citit;
capacitatea de a organiza si gestiona documente si dosare, atat fizic, cat si electronic;
persoana proactiva si responsabila, atenta la detalii, capabila sa monitorizeze fluxurile de lucru si sa semnaleze prompt orice aspect relevant;
seriozitate, profesionalism.

Formulation
