What you’ll do:

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and providing technical support for the company’s IT infrastructure. You will work closely with end users to promptly resolve hardware and software issues, primarily providing support remotely. Additionally, you will manage mobile devices and contribute to the implementation of new IT solutions. 

• Installing and configuring Windows and Android devices
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Assist in implementing and configuring new software solutions across the organization
• Provide technical support to end users
• Use Microsoft Office proficiently and manage the Windows environment to support daily operations
