Join our dynamic air freight team as a Logistics Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in managing General Cargo, NFO, HANDCARRY, and charter transports. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing shipments from start to finish, ensuring customers are informed about export, import, and domestic transaction details.
• Creating efficient route solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Coordinating with international logistics agents, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Communicating with carriers and international agents about shipment status, special handling, and delivery procedures.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Collaborating with various departments within the company to enhance service delivery.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, with a strong knowledge of logistics and airfreight. The ability to travel independently to our Otopeni office is essential. You should be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are key.
