Sc DIADVOX Srl is currently looking to hire a sociable and dedicated person for the sales assistant position.

The perfect candidate for this job should:

- have knowledge and experience in both sales and marketing, as they will have to manage tasks specific to both departments.

- have strategic thinking - ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.

- do market research and analysis (understanding customer behavior and market trends).

- have graphic / digital design skills (basic level) - eg.: Canva, Adobe.

- have the ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines.

- have availability to attend fairs and exhibitions (Dental shows) both locally and internationally.

- have negotiating skills, as they will be in charge with different projects which require obtaining quotations from local and/or international suppliers.

- have a company oriented behavior - understand our values and needs and stick to them.

- have budget management skills - planning, allocating and optimizing marketing budgets effectively.

- have strong communication skills in both Romanian and English (English is mandatory; any other foreign language represents an advantage).

- posses a driving license.
