Technical requirements & experience:
Good academic qualifications at university level: preferably training/management/technical.
Min 5 years professional and managerial experience in international companies in the training development business or in BD position;
Preferred sectors are: Industrial trainings in the field of oil, gas, utilities, energy and engineering companies;
Experience in QHSE Management Systems & Risk Management, QA/QC and HSE processes highly desirable;
Experience in Management Systems implementation;
Proven success in training sales and development of similar B2B business;
Ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the training process within the industrial sector;
Advanced level of English;
Soft skills & other requirements:
Confident negotiator and ability to "close the deal";
Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises;
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions;
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Positive attitude in dealing with people of different backgrounds and cultures;
Capable to work independently, and having responsibility as an individual;
Ability to deliver a tailored training sales process to achieve targets/KPI´s.
Driving license B;
Likely to spend 50% time out of office in meetings, travel is a major factor.
Jobs tasks and responsibilities:
To develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for BV Romania training services, to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue;
To establish and maintain efficient sales approach for BV RO training services;
Presenting BV Romania to potential clients through direct communication or in face to face meetings;
Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting;
To establish the priorities with each BU sales team in order to interphase the sales and training process and secure the targeted monthly income;
To schedule the training actions in line with clients’ needs and BV RO development plans;
To support the trainers with appropriate resources and competencies in order to fully accomplish the emerging training market needs;
Managing and maintaining a pipeline (using global AWI system) and ensuring all training sales administration;
Create and be accountable for all client training requirements, contracts and any further documentation, following BV RO procedures;
Watching competition and collecting competitor intelligence;
Ensuring BV remains proactive on the training service supply market.
