What you will be doing?
You will be helping some of the brightest minds join the best companies in the Canadian tech space.
Your role is to identify, qualify and nurture the best software engineers and other tech professionals in the global workforce who are interested in relocating to Canada. We are a very selective community and only a small percentage of candidates are being approved. You will be responsible for handholding the candidate from the first contact to them accepting their offer.
Be an advocate for them to and help them land the best possible job
Have the ability to coach each candidate personally in their search for their next dream job
Follow up with candidates along their journey with us
Work closely with our amazing team to ensure all candidates have remarkable experiences and spread the word about us!
What will you bring?
Fluent in English!
1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or sales. Ideally in IT / Tech companies.
Great presentation and communication skills.
Ability to create great relationships with candidates.
Some knowledge of the startup / fast-growing companies landscape.
High attention to detail and very organized.
A passion for working in a fast growing company that is disrupting the recruiting industry
Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box
Existing experience in recruitment with tech start-ups / fast-growing companies.
