One of the world's leading german manufacturer of carton packaging for beverages and food is looking for a new member of the IT Department to be part of the global team and support their colleagues.
The objective for this position is to provide first and second level support and troubleshooting for the employees across Europe.
-Call acceptance in English and German language;
-Prioritization and precategorization of inquiries.
-Analysing and prioritized remedying of Incidents/Service Requests within agreed Service Levels.
-Documentation of incidents and solutions in the Ticketing system in comprehensible form.
- Previous experience in IT support;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (minimum Windows 7); knowledge regarding IT troubleshooting, Microsoft Office;nbsp;
- Very good communication skills;
- Good analyzing and problem solving techniques taking customers seriously.
