TMT Analysis, the leading mobile numbering intelligence company, is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Engineers to join its Global Monitoring, Data and Engineering Team in Ploiesti, Romania.
You will be responsible for monitoring our systems around the world as well as answering incoming queries from our customers globally, including solving and troubleshooting any technical issues they may arise.
The role will involve working to ensure the delivery of critical data feeds as well as being able to deal with any associated issues that arise, escalating it to data providers when necessary.
Our Senior Support Engineers are responsible for monitoring our data centres around the world as well as updating various data dictionaries when required.
The ideal candidate.
The candidate must be passionate about systems and data and interested in working within a fast paced, innovative and global environment.
You will have a good command of the English language as well as excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of relevant databases (*SQL, non-SQL) as well as associated protocols (HTTP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, SFTP) is a must.
The ideal candidate would have experience with Linux Systems, networking and some programming/scripting knowledge - Bash scripting and Perl.
A knowledge of telecommunications systems (Voice and SMS) as well as Excel is also desirable.
The candidate will be expected to work On-Call as part of a team rota.
