As an Senior IT Auditor Cybercrime Security at ING Bank, you will conduct and support IT Audits in various ING locations, with a specialisation on Cybercrime and IT Security. As a IT Senior Auditor Cybercrime Security you will coach the IT Auditors on the job. The team is ambitious to be best-in-class and develops and uses advanced audit techniques, such as penetration testing and IT vulnerability scanning. You will report your audit findings in audit reports, including suggestions for improvement and concrete recommendations that you will present to international ING Bank management.
Your Day to Day
The global IT Audit team Cybercrime Security is based in Bucharest, as a specialised department of the ING Global IT Audit division. This division is a part of CAS (Corporate Audit Services), which is a highly professional organisation with approximately 20 audit teams across the globe. CAS comprises a diverse international team of around 350 members. Together with your international colleagues, you will provide audit coverage on a variety of Cybercrime and IIT Security related audits. What you bring to the team
As an Senior IT Auditor Cybercrime Security, you will have an in-depth knowledge of technical IT environments. You are be able to analyse where security breaches may occur and give recommendations to strengthen IT environments against such breaches. IT environments include various digital systems and channels, such as core IT operating systems, mobiles and internet technologies, could computing and business application. You will also use your strong analytical skills to identify the areas of focus within our IT audit strategy and individual IT audits. You are naturally proactive, critical and curious, and you search for missing information on your own initiative. You have strong verbal and written communicative skills and interpersonal capabilities. Therefore, you know how to ask the right questions and get the right information, even when you have to overcome resistance. You are accurate, creative in your solutions and you describe yourself as a team player who is capable of working in international teams, as well as independently when the task at hand requires this. Also, you are keen on self-development. Moreover, you endorse the values of ING, you propagate these values in your work as a matter of course.
Furthermore, we prefer if you have:
•A degree in computer science, IT security, network engineering, forensic computing, mathematics or IT auditing;
•In-depth hands-on technical knowledge;
•More than 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably as technical IT security expert, forensic specialist, penetration tester or ethical hacker;
•Experience with international and complex organisations.
You are also fluent in English (fluency in other languages is much appreciated) and willing to travel abroad, approximately 12 to 15 weeks per year, divided in 2-3 weeks per assignments.
