The main responsibilities of the position refers to:
•SBS procurement performance reporting/ data consolidation at global level
•Preparation and treatment of the monthly COGS (cost of goods) performance reporting for a designed perimeter (Extraction from local ERP, formatting and loading in Procurement performance tool).
•Consolidation of the global COGS performance on a monthly basis as well as contribution to preparation and analyses of COGS procurement forecasts
•Ensure hat the T procurement tools used for COGS reporting are properly exploited and strive for optimization and efficiency
• Support the regions in organizing local training session or by delivering on-site or remote trainings regarding performance rules and tools
•Supports the execution, drafts and extracts different performance reports – either ad-hoc or regular frequency ones, and sends them to the concerned recipients (finance, business partners, procurement etc.)
•Acts as a liaison between the regional value creation teams (as WW representative), Global Value creation team and/or central/local financial controllers
•Support for reporting and analyzing the Procurement performance in non-COGS (non-Cost of Goods Sold) domain, including the IT procurement tools used for non- COGS reporting administration.
◦Graduate in Finance / Business Administration
•Experience & knowledge:
•3-5 years of experience in Performance Analysis, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
•English - Business fluent in speaking and writing
•High affinity to Procurement and IT tools
