Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the construction and mining industry. The offering covers rock cutting, rock crushing, rock drilling, loading and hauling and materials handling.
As the Sales Support, you will provide quick and accurate information to customers and Sales staff regarding order and stock status. You will proactively work to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process and investigate alternatives when issues arise.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Support include:
• Process of sales orders in a specific platform.
• Follow-up to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Prepare reports.
• Support sales staff in commercial activities.
• Manage both internal and external enquiries via email and phone.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders from the organization.
• Maintain and update Sandvik CRM system.
You have a well-developed ability to prioritize, to handle multiple tasks concurrently, follow up and finish assignments, while being focused on details. You work responsibly on your own and as part of an integrated team. Cooperation is in your DNA, you cultivate effective partnerships, along with having excellent communication skills and a strong sense of tact and diplomacy. You possess a strong customer service focus and easily adapt to variable situations.
You also have:
• A university degree.
• A strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, and the Windows environment.
• A high level of English, both spoken and written will be required.
