Tasks and responsibilities:
• Daily meeting with clients.
• Daily phone call to clients to establish new contracts.
• Getting the money for the invoices from clients ( agencies, developers, banks)
• Daily support for new testing agencies and current customers.
• Promoting new services in order to upgrade the clients to bigger invoices
• Analyse in order to optimize the clients portfolio of published properties.
• Send report with all incomes for the day to sales assistant
• Manage and modify clients accounts based on requirements
• Answering calls from customers, solving problems raised by these
• Send daily invoices to the sales assistant to be invoiced
• Follow the clients debts and solve them
• Make annexes at contracts for extra services
• Reports according to requirements
• Customer relationship for the existing customers.
• Provide customer service: receive, register and process customer‘s requests and complaints in accordance with the specific policy
• Maintains positive client relationship to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty
• Build or improve his/her client portfolio
• Sell and suggest different services and packages appropriate to each client needs
• Fluent in English; previous experience working in a English environment is a plus;
• Excellent communication and listening skills;
• Initiative and positive attitude, enjoy working with customer ;
• Flexibility and quick thinking;
• Identification and problem solving skills;
• Stress tolerance and able to deal with repeated denials;
• Perseverance and the ability to deal with customers' answers.
• To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure;
Education and Experience:
• University graduate;
• Six months or more experience in a sales environment;
• Knowledge of sales techniques and practices;
• Mandatory Languages: Advanced English ;
• Proficient in relevant computer applications;
