Administrates the requests of reports from different departments: extracting data, processing and distribution.
Administrate the process of issuing KPI reports, the periodical standard reports and ad-hoc business reports by pulling the dates from SAP/BW/EA and changing in accessible formats (like: excel, PowerPoint).
Strong linkage with business consultant, management team
Continuous improving of reporting tools through close contact with the internal stakeholders on their reporting and information needs and propose reporting process improvements (automation, layout, new tools)
Support Supply Chain team with various reports related to their area and propose new models of reports using different tools
Sustains presentations about the functionality of the process issued inside her/his department;
Acts as a team leader offering information, analysis and recommendations for support the actions of the reporting team.
Economical or Technical university degree
Minimum 1 year experience inreporting or supply chain / planning activities
SAP &Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook knowledge
Advanced English language knowledge
Analytical thinking & details conscious;
Result and quality oriented
Ability to work well with figures
