Absolute Jobs is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our client in Cluj-Napoca, a world leader in transaction solutions for companies, employees and merchants.
- Be accountable for the implementation and monitoring of the company's business strategy in the assigned geographic region;
- Ensure the business development role on regional level by identifying new customers and business opportunities and promote solutions;
- Manage the assigned customers according to the company's portfolio;
- Identify and capitalise new sales opportunities (up - sell; cross - sell) among existing clients portfolio and engage other interested members of the business stakeholders;
- Coordinate and monitor sales team activity in the assigned geographic region with a programmatic approach ensuring the pipeline opportunities management and forecast accuracy;
- Contribute, through your own activity, to maintaining the company's position as the national leader in its field of activity
- Be available for business trips;
Run people management tasks in order to ensure engagement and high performance in the team.
- Min. 5 years experience in sales for corporate accounts;
- Min. 3 years proven experience in people management;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written);
- Customer-centric mindset;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Driving license.
