For one of our clients, a worldwide leading company in the chemical field, we are looking for aRegional Sales Managerfor theirAgribussiness Division, for thesouth-west regionof the country.
The activity is carried outremotely, home office, and, as well, requires field visits in the allocated area.
The Regional Sales Manager will coordinate the regional sales team and cooperate with local distributors in order to achieve company’s sales objective.
Managing and coordinating the regional sales team from south-west region of the country(counties: MH, GJ, DJ, VL, OT, AG, DB, TR, GR);
Setting goals and managing the performance of the sales team;
Motivating and training team members;
Ensuring target fulfillment and cooperation with distribution sales force;
Cooperating with distributors and sub distributors;
Co-creating marketing and business strategies;
Ensuring cross division (especially marketing & technical) cooperation by ideas exchange and makeing inputs to the sales team;
Ensuring efficient processes set up and implementation;
Steering sales using CRM: top-down and bottom-up planning, visits records, regional sales analyses;
Being responsible for regular business updates;
Monitoring and reporting competitor activities;
Preparing reports to Sales Manager (Risk & Opportunities information from the region).
Extensive experience in a similar management position;
Ability to lead a complex and diverse team;
Strategical and analytical thinking;
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and in complex situations, while keeping clear priorities;
Fluency in English;
Computer literate (MS office, Windows and Email systems);
Solid inter-personal and communication skills to interact with different parties;
Good customer orientation skills and entrepreneurial drive;
Ability to develop self and others.
