We are looking for a Recruiter, experienced and familiar with different recruitment processes, able to explore various recruitment channels, innovative and thinking out of the box, talented and passionate about recruitment and… games!
- Designs & delivers recruitment process for the business units and roles assigned (proactive searches and CV mining, conducts interviews, reports the status of the recruitment process to HM/TA manager).
- Has a thorough understanding of t roles open and recruitment needs, current and long term perspective for teams assigned
- Displays good understanding of sourcing tools and best practices on how to use them: LinkedIn, Boolean searches, CV mining
- Elaborates recruitment strategies for roles assigned
- Constantly displays strong analytical skills, generates and reads data in a way that is meaningful and provides learnings.
- Generates recurrent or ad hoc reports, as requested by HM /TA manager
- Displays initiative and performs searches on topics such as competition analyses, new recruitment sites, forums, etc.
- Participates at networking events, company presentations, other employer branding events and evangelizes EA brand
- Acts as a mentor for more junior members of the team, helps them develop and challenges them professionally.
- Is part of the EA global recruitment team, participates in regular global conference calls and is an active member of the EA global recruitment group
- Previous experience (5+ years) in recruitment activities ideally in IT industry
- Good understanding of recruiting processes and domain specific profiles;
- Fluency in English
- Analytical, problem solving, planning and organizing skills
- Strong sense of humor!
