At least 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment environment
Excellent command of English language (both spoken and written)
Experience in a dynamic and fast changing business environment

Responsibilities / Accomplishments
Manage the entire recruitment process (from defining the profile with managers, advertising the position, proactively using all necessary tools to attract candidates, selection through interviews and tests, hiring process and induction of the new employees).
Constantly proposing new channels of recruitment, following the efficiency of each tool.
Collaborating with managers in order to ensure the right fit of the candidates with the required profile.
Delivering competency based interviews.
Builds HR recruitment reports.
Keeping the documentation and necessary efficiency reports about each recruitment process up to date.
Follow up and updating the database of employees and candidates,
Fulfill all employments formalities (signing of individual labor contract, scheduling appointments for general medical exam)
