Deliver recruitment projects regarding mid to top level profiles;
Presents candidates to clients who meet their requirements and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements;
Identifies, checks and measures competences of candidates using known techniques of recruitment: depth interview, tests;
Prepares weekly reports on own activity;
Prepares data for monthly KPI’s report;
Participates in work related to the daily functioning of the office and helps / replaces (if necessary) the other team members.
