We are an international logistic company with a worldwide network of 265 offices. Romania's headquarter is in Otopeni, close to the airport.
The ideal candidate for this position must have strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Also required are excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels. Our work environment is team oriented and very fast paced, therefore a strong candidate must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional attitude and attire that exemplifies our company’s culture.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Able to answer heavy multiple line phones
• Must have good follow through on tasks and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task
• Maintain a presentable reception area
• Take accurate messages
• Deliver branch trainer led courses for all employees based at the branch.
• Ensure that all new hire training is completed within the required time frame.
• Advise employees on the training programs available.
• Promote operational excellence and assist with employee development within the branch.
• Professional oral and written communication skills in English and in the local language.
