Secretara administrativa / Administrative Clerk - English Language
Working Hours 2pm to 10pm (14:00 to 22:00 RO Hour)
Assist with analyzing demand and purchasing raw material and packaging materials ;
Help with production scheduling on major US plant equipment, using an ERP system.
You will assist with estimating demands and send purchase orders to vendors based on best price-quality assessment, for items needed in our US based paper and board converting operation, and packaging/shipping materials for the US distribution center
REQUIREMENTS: Excellent English verbal and written skills - a must;
Advanced Excel skills - working with formulas and being able to process data from reports;
Experience with ERP systems - production scheduling, inventory analysis, and shipping. Understanding of demand calculations, forecasts and calculating material needs and understanding and scheduling the work-order processes.
Must be good with numbers; accuracy is a must. Preferably Math or related Sciences grads.
You may will be in contact with US vendors to ensure that they are meeting our delivery time, price and quality expectations.
This position requires an interest in supply chain and/or production planning, excellent negotiation skills, organization and follow-up skills.
The person will need to work independently and in a small team and will be reporting to Management located in the US.
