scalability, and accuracy
Executing central data analytics in support of major Procurement programs.
Working across all Business Units, regions and Procurement teams to identify, develop and deploy optimalsolutions, quality & data analytics necessary to support Alcoa and Procurement’s strategic directions
Defining strategic direction for Procurement data solutions - engaging with the Information Technology andAutomation Solutions (ITAS) organization to identify the data tools & solutions necessary to support
Procurement& roadmaps and strategies.
Ensuring people and processes are in place for the design, development and implementation of data reportingsolutions to support the organization.
The governance and operation of Procurement and Data Analytics Reporting solutions including the Global DataWarehouse, Power Intelligence – Infinite Potential (Pi2P) and other internally developed reporting solutions.
Establishing the data quality and integrity roadmap along with the projects necessary to provide governance andremediation to Procurement’s critical data elements.
Defining, establishing and setting direction for the Data Analytics team to support the programs defined withinProcurement’s roadmap.

Under limited direction from the Director of CoE, MI and Strategy, the Global Manager, Procurement CoE Data
Analytics and Transformation will:
Work with the Global Procurement Lead Team and their organizations to understand the strategic roadmap anddata solutions & analytics required to drive success.
Work with the PMO organization to understand the tools and analytics to drive the execution of the programprojects
Work with key organizational leads to understand the data challenges faced by the organization and driveprojects and solutions to enhance the organization&capabilities.
Partner with the ITAS organization and Procurement Digital Transformation Office to understand leading edgedata solutions to enhance the capabilities of the Procurement organization
Build organization consensus on the direction for Procurement& data solutions.
7 years business, procurement or information technology experience.
Digital Transformation experience
BA or BS degree - Supply Chain / Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Statistics focus ispreferred or equivalent experience. Advance degree preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with proven capabilities in data modeling.
Demonstrated proficiency in using data analytics tools.
Strong project and program management skills.
Initiative and drive to develop and improve business processes.
Proven experience working successfully across organizational and functional boundaries to solve problems andimplement solutions.
Ability to quickly build relationships and gain trust with individuals at all levels.
People Management Skills.
