Business Passs seeking for an Office Manager. The Office Manager is responsible for organising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. This includes organising of people, information and other resources.
You must make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in an office management role or as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a corporate/professional services environment;
- Excellent level in written and spoken English;
- Educated to Degree Level;
- A reliable team member with a pro-active ‘can do’ attitude and a strong work ethic.
The skills listed below are considered the minimum requirement for the role.
- Strong MS Office skills;
- IT skills as the first point of contact for desktop computers, printers, phones etc. and dealing with IT issues;
- Articulate with excellent communication skills;
- Professional personal presentation;
- Methodical and organised with strong time management skills and personal efficiency;
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills to ensure that all effective office systems are in place.
Salary dependent on experience.
