We are currently recruiting for a positive and enthusiastic front of house office administrator to join our friendly, sociable, hard-working and collaborative team based near Camden. We are looking for someone to be a friendly face on reception with a superb telephone manner and an organised and diligent approach. Supporting the practice manager, you'll have lots to do and should be happy multi-tasking, problem solving and lending a hand whenever possible. As well as reception, administrative and house-keeping duties, you'll also be responsible for booking UK and international travel (full training will be provided). This is a core role in the office and a rewarding position for someone looking to develop their career In office management. You'll enjoy a level of autonomy In the role, and the opportunity to learn new skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English required. Salary: competitive Start date: beginning April 2017 This is initially a one year fixed term maternity cover contract.
