Project Description:nbsp;We are looking for an experienced, self-starter Romania Employer Branding Manager to join Luxoft (NYSE: LXFT). You will be based in Bucharest, Romania and will be part of a Global, very creative, always evolving team. We currently operate in 42 offices in 21 countries worldwide with more thanemployees in North America, Mexico, Western and Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, and South Africa.
Responsibilities: Support and development of marketing communication with regards to recruitment and Employer Branding and for promotional activities on the local market ∙ You will plan and define the overall communication strategy and participate actively in defining the comprehensive development plan for the company, for the short and medium terms ∙ Will propose strategic evolution leading to building Company's positive image on the local market, increasing brand awareness and supporting Employer Branding activities ∙ Supervise and follow up of the Employer Branding budget allocated at the beginning of the year and monitor the successive updating and revision phases ∙ Define, develop, implement and manage local guidelines for marketing, media and communication campaigns, according to the global standards ∙ Cooperate with business partners (advertising agencies, graphic designers, freelancers, PR firms) ∙ Closely cooperate with other departments of the Company in employer branding campaigns planning and implementation ∙ Work on events in order to increase candidates', employees' and clients' loyalty towards the Company ∙ Brand development, corporate messaging, internal & external relations and campaign management , collateral creation of brochures and other company materials, competition analysis ∙ Market trends analysis ∙ Produce reports and monitor results ∙ Plan and launch employer branding initiatives on the local market ∙ Coordinates major CSR activities, in line with the global approach
Skills: Showcase 3+ years of experience as Marketing Manager, ideally in IT / Outsourcing industry ∙ In depth knowledge of the local culture and market ∙ Passion for delivering results oriented marketing campaigns ∙ Display knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts ∙ Have broad experience in positively impacting market perception, awareness and thought leadership ∙ Excellent interpersonal skills ∙ Previous experience in boosting brand awareness and fast pace positioning ∙ Be comfortable in presenting to global technical and marketing-focused audiences ∙ You must have excellent verbal, written communications (including copywriting) and public speaking skills ∙ Your attention to detail, project and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, are spot on ∙ You have Min. A Bachelor's degree ∙ Very good English command, to the level of press release drafting
