We are looking for an new colleague in our Logistic Team that must be detail-oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills.
Min 1-3 years of experiencenogistics and transportation, supply chain or related experience, FMCG area will be an advantage
Organizational Skills, Detail oriented person, maintains efficient work space, manages time well
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Logistics or related
Sense of Urgency – Meets deadlines, establishes appropriate priority, gets the job completed in a timely manner High energy under pressure – quick problem solver
Must be adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing work environment. Able to handle/prioritize tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work calmly in a fast team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks. Superior telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues.
Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Ethics – Honest, responsible, maintains confidentiality
Computer skills - icrosoft Office (word and excel, outlook)
English fluently- min B1 level
Prepare and send out bills and follow up a process of invoice both internal and external
Experience in FMCGrea - could be an advantage
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Working with a special software NetSuite &Integra
Order fulfillment process
Receiving, managing and invoicing client’s orders -From Modern Trade & Traditional Trade
Compiles data and creates reports
Enter details in the program – prices, promotions, discounts, customer’s datas etc.
Work with transport companies
Work/support close to sales team
