-Responsible to maintain IDEMIA applications.
-Assists IDEMIA clients by answering their requests and questions.
-Incident updating using IDEMIA's ticket tracking tools.
-Maintains communication with customers and support higher levels.
-Work is done from our Bucharest office in French business hours.
-Degree in engineering with main focus on computer science and telecommunications.
-Customer oriented. Focused on problem resolution.
-Fluent in French and advanced level of English.
-Monitoring, basic administration tasks, knowledge of command line Unix standard tools (Linux, Solaris) and Windows operating systems is a plus
-Networks: TCP/IP, HTTP, Telnet, SSH is a plus
-Telecom protocols are a strong plus
-Team player who is self motivated and can also work independently.
-Willing and able to learn quickly new skills and technologies.
