- 4 years of experience in sales;
- Can do attitude;
- Good knowledge of local labor market;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Advanced English skills;
- Experience in HR operational area, could be a plus.
- Generating revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, cold meetings, recommending services and closing sales;
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitors’ practices and market status;
- Collaborating with management to achieve sale targets with focus on increasing market share and key account growth;
- Developing very good business relations with prospects, understanding their current processes and propose the right offers to them;
- Negotiating proposals, pricing, terms and conditions, successfully closing agreements with APT Work Service, prospects/customers, find ways to create profitable solutions for both parties into a win-win long- term cooperation.
