We are looking for a E-commerce Manager passionate about ecommerce and good causes, to manage an online shop dedicated to NGOs products.
University degree required – Business or Marketing related preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years professional experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience directly working for ecommerce business.
Knowledge of ecommerce and strategies to drive acquisition and retention behavior.
Good commercial experience with an emphasis on customer service and achieving online sales and other performance metrics.
Logistic abilities are needed to manage the daily operation, in the project first phase.
Self-motivated and results oriented in a fast-paced, fluid and lower resourced environment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail required. Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and in teams and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, having good communication skills.
Fluent English required.
Develop and implement marketing communication plan, promotional calendar and creative strategies to promote and sell the organizations’ products and services through the ecommerce platform.
Deliver a high-quality user experience and ensure consistency of Commercial and Promotional messaging across all online Channels with a cohesive marketing strategy, both on and offline being prevalent at all times.
Responsible for delivering results for the online site while optimizing customer site experience and driving global visibility.
Manage all digital content, ensuring it is uploaded on time.
Developing and using web analytics and reporting for continuous review and optimization of the e-commerce business and site.
Attract and negotiate with new partners and manage the collaboration between the designers and partners for products development. Communicate with the partners to ensure that the products advertising is realized also through their social media channels.
Manage financial aspects and business terms of external relationships with eCommerce suppliers and partners, including direct negotiations on contract terms and pricing, as well as providing financial support to top management when they negotiate with suppliers and partners.
Ensure that all logistics are in place and functioning.
