Managing full recruitment processes including:
- Developing a good understanding of client’s industry and field of activity, profiles they are recruiting, their recruitment process;
- Understanding and being able to match IT profiles (and other technical profiles) with our client’s needs.
- Active searching for candidates through multiple channels
- Cold contacting candidates and being able to offer them relevant information
- Scheduling and conducting interviews for the projects assigned.
- Maintain a close, professional relationship with our clients and keep track of any candidate involved in the recruitment process.
- Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidates involved in the recruitment process.
Last but not least:

With these skills/characteristics you have a great chance to be our newest colleague in Brasov:
- Good sense of ethics
- Previous relevant experience in IT/Technical recruitment (at least 6 months – 1 year)
- Passion for or genuine interest for Human Resources;
- The ability to learn(also) by himself/herself;
- The desire to learn new things and to work in the field;
- Open-minded and the ability to think outside the box;
- Advanced analysis and synthesis skills;
- Honest, communicative and determinate;
