As a Internal control specialist, you will being responsible for developing, coordinating and performing all components of internal control system according to the existing standards and company objectives; The internal control specialist will create and define premises for the future internal audit function.
Coordinates and facilitates internal control sessions and document processes and assess the internal control structure of System departments;
Provides business consulting services by performing an independent analysis of business operations and respective internal controls;
Assist in performing the risk assessment of the internal control job;
Responsible for ensuring business units update process documentation for changes;
Responsible for communicating and monitoring the timely remediation of control deficiencies at business units;
Develop and implement the politics of risk management for all the departments of the company according to the standards and legislation;
Assist with the development and maintenance of the corporate-wide policy and procedure manual; Prepares written reports to inform management of internal control weaknesses and appropriate action plans to address control weaknesses;
Perform the control work diligently, efficiently, and cost effectively;
Maintain a healthy skepticism attitude while performing the work;
Maintain a cordial working relationship with departments’ management and staff, promote a positive view of the role of Internal Control function in the organization, and uphold the professional and objective role and image of the practice.
