On behalf of our Client, international company, we are currently seeking for a new colleague in the HR department to work closely with the Country HR Manager in order to handle administration and recruitment process. The role is part of a newly established Global Business Services centren Cluj Napoca.
We are looking for someone who loves working with people and is able to have a positive impact on the working environment.
Your new role
Will be to manage the entire life cycle of an employee from the moment they enter the company until exit focusing on:
Handling recruiting processes allocated end to end
Creating work contracts & personnel files (opening, closing and updating personnel file);
Ensuring the relevant HR SAP database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation;
Inform departments and / or suppliers on new employees;
You will be working with a global team located in the Shared Service Centre that will offer you support in all changes regarding the payroll
What you'll need to succeed
Great communication skills and good organisational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical)
Advanced English language skills
Experience in HR administration; Experience in recruitment is a big plus
Knowledge of the labour law
SAP HR know-how is an advantage
Willingness to learn and get involved in all HR aspects
