Title: Head of HR
Salary: £70-90K + Benefits
Williams Kent are partnering with a large specialist retailer to support them in finding their next HR leader the role is broadly generalist but specifically requires someone with L&D and ER experience at a senior level.
*Lead a team of HR Leads to drive an integrated regional people strategy that balances global people initiatives with the business needs.
*Introduce and manage a full L&D offering nationally, including; inductions, management development, coaching and L&D strategy.
*Coaching the HR team and working closely with senior stake holder s to ensure best business outcomes.
*Provide first class, commercially focused HR solutions that drive and enable successful business performance, supports people through change, inspires individuals to reach their full potential and fosters a high performing culture.
*As a highly credible senior partner you will support on the full range of HR issues such as European employment resolution, dispute resolution, talent management, organisation design and transformation.
*To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience operating at a senior level in a fast paced global multi-channel retail organisation.
*You will be a natural influencer and a trusted senior strategic partner to the ambitious leadership teams across the region.
*You must be able to show that you can build relationships across operations and work with a range of senior stakeholders.
*You will also have managed a team of professional HR Leads to deliver customer focused support.
*You will also be able to work with other subject matter experts to drive improvement whilst keeping your eye on the bigger picture.
