Global HR Services (GHRS) in brief:
The Global HR Services covers HR Self Service support, either E-Business Suite or Cloud based, and series of HR data related processes at a global scale, divided into two main areas:
• Before Hire: Background checks, iRecruitment support and Offer release;
• After Hire: record creation, data maintenance, payments uploads, reporting, data audits, user acceptance tests of new tools, implementations and systems.
Deliver system support for the internal offer tool that facilitates the offer to hire global process. The Global Offer & iRecruitment analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for related processes and systems, in accordance with predefined Service Level Agreements.
iRecruitment support and Offer release:
Provide support on the offer tool for hiring managers, recruiters and candidates by email, phone or service requests;
Manage system issues by email, phone or service requests;
Audit offer of employment against the approved workflow and release offer to the candidate;
Proactively raise system issues to the team’s manager and the HR IT team;
Proactively follow up on issues in order to get resolution in due time;
Keep the ‘customer’ informed about the progress / ETA / fix of the system issue and provide potential workaround where applicable;
Maintain the Electronic Offers System and Offer templates up to date, based on the input received from Country HR.
Reporting and tools:
Produce and deliver regular or ad-hoc reports for senior HR Management, Country HR and Recruitment.
Run regular audits over HR data.
Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems and / or enhancements of existing systems;
Adapt, modify and update process’ methodologies, procedures and best practices;
Get involve in global new processes and initiatives.

Technical skills requirements
Proven experience designing, building and / or maintaining applications using SQL and PL / SQL is a plus
Very good knowledge of Excel;
Previous experience with HR processes and tools;
Technical skills with knowledge of HR Data Model.
