As part of an international and extensively growing eCommerce company, you as our new Field Sales Representative have the chance to shape the market in Romania and beat the competition together with your team.
Your efforts are needed to show the restaurants which benefits they can expect from a collaboration with and how our company-own delivery service called Scoober works. In this team, you don’t only sell the opportunity to appear on our platform, but also use our logistics, meaning that the delivery drivers distribute the food to the right customers.
Work hand in hand with your Inside Sales colleagues for the best preparation of appointments with potential clients
Colour entire cities in orange on your field trips all over Romania with your colleagues
Search for new business opportunities (leads) in the field and collaborate on this with the lead researcher in the team
Be creative in the approach to start a new relationship with interesting restaurants in Bucharest and other bigger Romanian cities
Regularly join different colleagues of yours on their restaurant visits and or let them join you in order to constantly reflect on your way of working and improve yourself
Follow up and report on market and competition developments
Report on sales performance and client visits in the company-own system
Every member of the Scoober Sales team works closely with the others. In order to feel comfortable in your new role as our Field Sales Representative, you should be open, honest and always up for a good laugh with your colleagues. At the same time, it is important that you take your job seriously and your colleagues can rely on you giving your best at all times.
> 2 years of Sales experience (in the field, in the office or a shop)
Good understanding or experience with the horeca industry
Romanian on the native level and fluency in English (you also work with colleagues from abroad)
Target-driven approach and not giving up where you smell any opportunities
Analytical skills in order to take care of and understand the numbers and market data
Ability to work independently when you are visiting restaurants alone
Team spirit to achieve common goals, share experiences and use the strength as a whole sales team
Willingness to travel within and outside of Bucharest (field trips usually take 2-3 days)
