Develops together with the direct manager the Facility Team’s strategy;
Identifies measures and actions that will enable a more efficient usage of eMAG’s offices and buildings.
In charge of all logistics, purchasing, and administrative responsibilities to ensure project needs, office needs and consulting teams are efficiently supported;
Represents a back up for car fleet management;
Manages the stocks of materials that are related to the role’s activity;
Organizes and offers constant support in organizing events ( HR Meetings, Informal Meetings, Conferences, Seminars, Launch of new services or products etc) in order to ensure the proper condition for the event’s unfolding;
Coordinates and oversees facility projects such as – office space redesign, maintenance interventions, etc.
Works with guidance on a variety of special internal projects;
Ensure communication with service suppliers;
Check and review suppliers contracts/invoices;
Organize and handle expatriates services;
Ensure relationship with building management unit;
Update and maintain facilities policies and procedures;
Prepare and run facilities related projects;
Ensure high level of internal services and operations.
Prepare office management reports;
Handle general administrative work (including frequent trips to public institutions).
Builds and maintains a constructive relationship with team members and company’s management team;
Together with the Procurement team builds and maintains a strong relationship with suppliers;
Offers any reports requested by direct manager or senior management regarding Facility Management data;
Assures that the Facility Management Budget is delivered.

University degree: constructions, engineering, technical field
>3 years of similar experience
Driving License, cat B.
